Do Not Embarrassed by Your failure, Learn from Them and Start Again: Richard Branson

There is no real success without failures, without one or two trials. In essence, failures are processes and way up to success. A lot of great successes today are products of lessons learnt from failures. In fact, the big successes we celebrate today are people who failed but never embarrassed rather learned from their failures and started again.

I was a person who always was afraid of facing failures as I felt embarrassed when others come to know about it. So, I always used to hide it, even from my parents. But later I understood that nothing can be hided forever. When I saw this quote, I got the feeling that yes, it is true. Rather than getting embarrassed we need to start learning. A feeling embarrassment arises when the same mistake is being repeated again and again. So, what we need to do is learn from our mistakes and rectify it. When we rectify our previous mistakes, we will get a satisfaction which cannot be expressed in words. We are actually getting closer to success. Learning a new thing which is correct we are unlearning something which was incorrect. It means we are starting again and this time we can do it in a better way without any mistakes. So rather than getting embarrassed by failures and giving up, learn from the mistakes and start new.

That is the power of learning from your failures. According to Richard Branson "You keep fighting and keep believing, do not be embarrassed by your failures, learn from them and start again".

You will only continue to do better and become more successful as you learn from your failures.
